About the Trip

Luz de Esperanza Mission

Luz de Esperanza ("Light of Hope") is a school in the Andes mountains serving low-income families. We're building relationships and supporting their educational mission.

Over 200 students benefit from programs we've supported. Our trips help with school improvements, educational resources, and cross-cultural understanding.

What We'll Do

Teach English and play with children at the school
Complete construction/renovation projects
Distribute educational supplies and materials
Experience Peruvian culture and visit Machu Picchu
Build lifelong friendships and memories

⚠️ High Altitude: Ahuac is at 10,692 ft (3,260m). Most students will experience some altitude adjustment. See the Nice to Know section for preparation tips.
